as its base and is ideal for dancers, yoga enthusiasts and for those who would like
to increase flexibility for martial arts. Increase your range of movement, improve
alignment and relieve muscular tension.
This is a dynamic stretch class, with cardiovascular benefits and good all round
body conditioning workout
